Tender Offer – December 2021

On 23 November 2021, Malin announced details of a proposal to return up to approximately €80 million by way of a tender offer (the “Tender Offer”). Full details of the Tender Offer, which will close at 1.00pm on 21 December 2021, are available in the Circular.

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 16 December 2021 (the “EGM”), the special resolution put to shareholders to approve the Tender Offer and related matters (as set out in full in the Notice of EGM included in the shareholder circular dated 23 November 2021 (the “Circular”)) was duly passed by poll vote.
