Tender Offer - December 2024

On 12 November 2024, Malin announced details of a proposal to return up to approximately €45 million by way of a tender offer (the “Tender Offer”). Full details of the Tender Offer, which will close at 1.00pm on 12 December 2024, are available in the Circular.

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on 5 December 2024 (the “EGM”), a special resolution will be put to shareholders to approve the Tender Offer, full details of which are set out in the Notice of EGM included in the shareholder circular dated 12 November 2024 (the “Circular”).
